Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available at checkout for most pin codes. We ship from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, so central-India orders often arrive sooner.

Yes — all orders above ₹499 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below that carry a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from your account dashboard.

Currently we ship within India only. We are working on international shipping and hope to offer it soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for books in their original, unread condition. Simply contact us with your order number and we will arrange a pickup at no extra cost.

We take great care in packaging, but if your book arrives damaged or is the wrong title, please email us with a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item. The amount will reflect in your original payment method within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Yes, we exclusively carry brand-new books. We do not sell used or ex-library copies. Every book is sourced directly from publishers or authorised distributors.

Definitely. Use the Contact page to send us a request with the title, author, and ISBN if you have it. We can usually source most titles within 7–10 days and will notify you when it is available.

Yes — schools, colleges, libraries, and corporate gifting clients can contact us for special pricing on bulk orders (10+ copies). We offer significant discounts and can customise packaging for gifting.

Our listed prices are at or below MRP. We regularly run promotions and offer member discounts. Prices displayed already include all applicable taxes.

We accept UPI, net banking, all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and popular wallets. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Yes. We do not store any card or UPI details. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your financial information never touches our servers.

Currently only one promo code can be applied per order. If you have a store credit or gift card balance, that can be used alongside a promo code.
